The Elite program is where most of the hardcore Jiu-Jitsu-obsessed students train. The live training is more intense and typically longer- there’s more emphasis on conditioning and toughness. In short, these are the hardest classes at Paramount.

It is also where we dive into the most advanced techniques, like the worm-guard in the gi, and heel hooks without the gi. These can’t be taught in the Intermediate classes, given the variety of experience & skill.

One of the biggest benefits are the FREE Monthly Seminars with world class and high-level black belts and MMA Fighters. In 2018 alone Elite students got Free Seminars with:

  • UFC fighter (#6 ranked) & BJJ Black Belt Wilson Reis
  • Pan American Black Belt Champion Jared Weiner
  • World Masters Black Belt Champion Daniel Tavares
  • F2W multiple-time winner Black Belt Nick Calvanese
  • Bellator veteran & BJJ Black Belt Tim Carpenter
  • PFL & Bellator fighter Alexandre Popo Bezerra, and many more
Elite students during a grueling 25 minute takedown line drill.

Elite program members also get 20% off all gear – including gis and patches, shirts, sweatshirts, gloves, etc. They also get access to the Seminar Video Archives on the members site (Elite section).

This is a program upgrade, given all of the benefits, and you won’t find a student in the Elite program who doesn’t think it’s worthwhile. Consistency is mandatory, and again you must be at least blue belt to try-out. The try-out is simply a simulation of the typical class and will be scheduled for specific dates just a few times a year.

The next try-out will be Thursday, January 24th at 8:30 PM, and is open to any student blue belt or above. Send an email to brad@paramountbjj.com to get more info.
