One of the very first Paramount Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu students is now just one step away from black belt. Tom Bailey is the only active student who attended the first class, held in 2005, and one of the people who’s early support got Paramount off to a strong start and laid the foundation for the past 15 years of success.

Tom is also the first student ever promoted at Paramount, and the first student to earn a medal in competition for Paramount. He’s had his fair share of obstacles to overcome, including a hip replacement, and at the age of 50 is a testament to the adage “You’re never too old…”

Congratulations Tom!
