I’m not sure if my back will ever get to where it feels 100%. My back has been injured for over a year now. Some weeks it feels pretty good and others it hurts bad enough to keep me from training. I’m starting to get really frustrated dealing with it. I don’t want to make any excuses but I would enjoy training a lot more without having to deal with a hurt back. I’m going to take some time off this summer and hopefully let it heal.
