On Saturday, November 15th Paramount BJJ will be hosting their fall In-House tournament for both children (ages 5 and up) and adults, men and women. The tournament is open at all Jiu-Jitsu students, from any academy.
Children’s divisions will be double-elimination so that every child gets at least two matches. Adults will have free entry into the Open divisions. The entry fee is $30 until Saturday, November 8th. The entry fee for the final week (including day-of registration) will be $40.
The event will be held at 530 Trestle Place in Downingtown, PA. Here is the tentative schedule:
- 9:45am – Rules meeting
- 10:00am – Children’s matches begin
- 12:00pm – Adult matches begin
There will be 2-3 mats going at once, which means an efficient and smoothly run tournament. There will be a concession stand with water, Gatorade, and snacks available for competitors and spectators. There is no spectator fee, anyone is welcome to attend and watch.
