Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the only Martial Art that teaches a child how to effectively escape when pinned down by a bigger, stronger bully. Not only do we teach this, and many other moves, but we also teach preventative measures as well. We teach the children strategies designed to avoid a physical confrontation that still allow them to stand up for themselves.
